Tang joined LGE in 1979 as an accounting clerk, serving under Datuk Teoh Chew Peng’s leadership. Her long years of service has seen the transition of the company’s management to the next generation and she still continues to play a crucial role to ensure the smooth running of the company’s day to day affairs. Her faith in LGE all these years is testimony to the organisation’s commitment to growth and internal team building. While she is still very actively involved with her family at LGE, she currently plans to spend more time travelling with her own family more often.
